Many Virtual Creations clients have reported an increase in the amount of spam (junk email) they've been receiving since we moved to our new hosting wholesaler.  This is unfortunate, as the new wholesaler is superior in every way to the previous wholesaler - except in the area of spam.

The good news is that there are options available for dealing with this at the server level, before the emails ever make it to your computer.  These options will be particularly useful for customers that regularly use our webmail facility or who collect their emails onto their PDA (such as a Blackberry) - but all customers that are suffering from spam overload can benefit.
