There have been two issues affecting many of Virtual Creations hosting clients today:

One of our main servers where a great number of our clients are hosted has been suffering a DoS (denial of service) attack, meaning that some villainous person out there is attempting to crash our server.  Such attacks are surprisingly common on the Internet.  Virtual Creations servers experiences three last year.  Steps are being taken to block this attack and prevent it happening in future.

Secondly, the same server has been upgraded with more RAM, in order to make it run faster and more smoothly.  This has resulted in a few moments of downtime today.
