.au domains can now be registered for one year

If you don't have any domain names registered with us that end in ".au" (e.g. mywebsite.com.au), then you can ignore this message.

Due to a recent registry rule change, it is now possible to register a ".au" domain name for only one year.  Previously the only available period of registration was two years.

Moving forward, whenever we send a new invoice to any of our clients for a ".au" domain name, it will be for one year, not two.  If you have a current unpaid invoice with us that includes a renewal of a ".au" domain name, we have already adjusted that invoice so that it's now for only one year, making the invoice cheaper.
