RESOLVED: Network connectivity issues

This issue appears to be now resolved.  Apologies for the inconvenience.

Our datacentre reports there is a network connectivity issue accessing websites and emails on the Virtual Creations and HarmonySite servers.  Our servers are up and functioning correctly, but the datacentre network is having an issue, rendering the servers (and the websites and emails on them) inaccessible.

Investigations continue.  We apologise for this issue, and will update you again as soon as we know more...
