Invite us onto your computer for support purposes

Occasionally, it may be necessary for one of our technicians to log into your computer remotely, to help you fix an issue.  For us to do so, some software needs to be running on your computer (powered by Splashtop).

This will only ever happen when we're speaking with you - on the phone, Zoom, etc.  At that time, please click on one of the buttons below, then download and run the program when prompted.  This software does not get installed permanently on your computer - it only runs when you need us to connect to your computer.  When the program is closed, we no longer have access.

Note that we no longer use TeamViewer for this purpose.  Splashtop is far superior.
