In this new support area you can:
- Open a support ticket to get your problems solved or questions answered
- Read knowledgebase articles on how to get the most out of your hosting account or deal with common problems
- Check that status of your website's server
- Retrieve the login details (URL, username and password) for your hosting account's Control Panel, if you have forgotten them
- Read our extensive help on setting up and configuring your hosting account (for self-managed hosting customers)
Also, it is now possible to order and pay for new hosting accounts and domain names directly from our website. We accept online payments by credit card (Visa and MasterCard) or PayPal, as well as via cheque and EFT/Internet bank transfer.
