Self-managed: As with almost all hosting packages available on the Internet, the client is provided with details to access their hosting account's Control Panel (cPanel), and is then responsible for the maintenance of their hosting account using that Control Panel. The client is responsible for setting up and maintaining email mailboxes, FTP accounts, passwords, parked domains/sub-domains, databases, etc. Virtual Creations provides full support in the event of any problem. |
