Christmas Break Begins

Fri, 27 Nov 2009

As advised in an earlier news item, the Christmas break for Virtual Creations begins today, and will continue until early January 2010.

Support for the websites and domain names of all current customers will continue unchanged, but new website sales, new website development work and general enquiries will be suspended until early January.

If, during this time, there is a problem with your website or domain name, please send an email to support@virtualcreations.com.au.  Your email will be answered within 24 hours.  If the issue is urgent, then please telephone our support technician Garth Renwick on 0424 453289 (+61 424 453289 from overseas).

If you would like some new features or other changes made to your website, then please hold onto your request until early January.  A news item like this one will be sent out at that time announcing the resumption of normal development services.  Until that time, emails sent to info@virtualcreations.com.au or mark@virtualcreations.com.au are likely to go unanswered for several days, as will messages left on the answering services of our regular telephone numbers.

Please pass this message on to any of your colleagues who may be affected.

A Merry Christmas to all!
